"There was one point after our house was burglarized that I thought, you know, I might have to sell my house," Kyle says in the video above, which shows the home’s backyard. In a video shared with Bravo (seen above), Richards said she can never leave her house because her five dogs are so happy there. The clip gave a good look at the pool area of the Bravo star’s backyard and the porch rocking chairs where she sits and watches her pups play. In early September, Kyle Richards shared a look at the stunning scenery surrounding her new Aspen house.

As seen in the photo, the spacious living room features a roomy couch positioned in front of a gorgeous stone fireplace, and the beautiful beamed ceiling is adorned with antler-style chandeliers. The sitting area opens up to the dining room, which boasts a large dark-stained table and beige upholstered chairs decorated with white moose-print cushions. Two en-suite bedrooms and private maids' quarters are located downstairs, while the upstairs has four additional sleeping spaces — including the master bedroom, which has its own fireplace. In addition to its many bedrooms and bathrooms, the revamped home features multiple balconies, eight fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with gray marble countertops, a home theater, and a library, per The Sun. The 6,229-square-foot home designed by Kyle’s bestie Faye Resnick boasts seven bathrooms, seven bedrooms, and a multi-purpose outdoor sports court, among other notable features. On RHOBH, the home was the backdrop to many iconic moments over seven seasons — including the no-air-conditioning dinner party outside and many glamorous white parties. When Kyle isn't in the Encino home, she is often at one of her family's vacation homes in Aspen and La Quinta. The latter property, which you can see in the video above, has a jaw-dropping view and stunning outdoor space. "This is what having a house in the desert is all about," Kyle says in the video above while showing the pool and view of the mountains.

As RHOBH viewers are well aware, Kyle and her family also have another incredible vacation home in La Quinta. In the video above, Kyle gives a tour of the breathtaking house and shows the kitchen she “really fell in love with,” her “lighter” and “more modern” bedroom, and a “magical” view. The home also includes several living spaces, each with its own fireplace. Other interior features include an expansive kitchen, wet bar and a primary suite with a terrace that boasts views of the greenery surrounding the property. In 2011, Kyle and Mauricio bought this stunning abode in Bel-Air for $3 million.

Before hitting the links, Richards and her husband can work on their short games by practicing at their own private backyard putting green. Other features of the home include a 1,600-square-foot standalone guest house and a babbling creek that runs through the property. In 2017, Richards’ home was burglarized while her family was vacationing in Aspen The star was robbed of more than $1 million in personal items, including sentimental pieces that were given to her by her late mother, Kathleen. After the robbery took place, Richards admitted that it took her “a while” to feel comfortable in the house, per BravoTV.com. Thanks to some fabulous seasonal decor, the interior of the home also now has a serene wintery vibe. In Kyle's Story photo, she showed a green-and-red throw blanket and a custom pillow featuring people skiing and "Umansky" embroidered across the top.
When they want a change of scenery and of climate, the Richards-Umansky family heads to their Aspen vacation abode; they've had two. The changes included redesigning her living room and upgrading her (already impressive) backyard with a pickleball court. After a photo of the fireplace damage was shown on screen, Sutton declared, "It is not my fault, I just turned the fireplace on." It seems Kyle has since made more changes, including new window treatments and a new sofa to replace the white one that was formerly there. In April 18 Instagram Stories, Kyle snapped a selfie to show off her outfit, and while we loved the L'AGENCE look, we were also captivated by the living room on display behind her. Large windows in this corner bedroom allow light to flood in, while a fireplace offers an inviting touch.

Outdoors, there’s a large swimming pool, a 1,600-square-foot guesthouse, a mini-golf course, and a gazebo in the garden area. In a separate clip, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” veteran showed off the massive black and gold bar in her home. She noted that it is her husband’s bar and that he’s “very proud” of it and insists on keeping it fully stocked for guests.
In addition to the master bedroom, there are six more within the home, including this one with a sweet built-in closet system. Two sets of double French doors in the master suite (which boasts its own fireplace) open to an 800-square-foot balcony that overlooks the pool, backyard and grounds. The formal dining room, which opens to the kitchen, is downright huge, with a wall of windows offering a stunning view of the park-like backyard.
There’s a great flow from space to space in the open-concept main floor, with this living room opening to the kitchen. Two sets of double French doors open to the pool deck, melding the indoor area with the outside. After selling their Bel Air mansion for $7 million, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky purchased a spectacular $8.2M Encino estate previously owned by Motown legend Smokey Robinson.
Encino, in the San Fernando Valley, is the location of Kyle's primary home. Kyle describes living there as being in the countryside as giant trees surround their house and it's far from the road; plus, they have no neighbors to their right. The house was built in 1920 in a stately, colonial style and has retained its southern charm through the decades. Despite the split, Mauricio, Kyle and their youngest daughter, Portia, 15, live under one roof in their seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion in Encino. While the dining room has an undeniably feminine style, Kyle and her girls’ favorite space is, without a doubt, the glamorous upstairs dressing room. Part walk-in closet, part lady’s lounge, the mirrored walls and—surprise!
She wore a black tank top and silver necklace with the names of her four daughters on it. In another video posted on Aug. 24, Frances showed two of her children with mini hammers attempting to take down a bathroom, walk-in closet and bedroom. "I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it's very, like, masculine, and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can't stand that word — area, and there's, like, a bed," she said. "So I was like, 'You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?' No."
